What is included
Most kitchen “resilicons” fail within months because the old sealant is never removed, the joint is not cleaned, and a porous joint is simply painted over. We mechanically strip back every junction, sanitise and prime the substrate, apply a two-part polyurethane sealant with the correct joint profile, and finish with clean, consistent lines.
We handle stone, engineered stone, stainless, acrylic and tiled splashbacks, plus under-bench and floor junctions, sink cut-outs and window sills.

How much does kitchen sealing cost?
from $395 is our starting price for a standard kitchen sealing job in metropolitan Sydney. Final pricing depends on the size of the area, the condition of the substrate, access and whether any tile or substrate repair is required. We confirm a fixed, itemised price before work begins — never an hourly estimate that grows.
How long does kitchen sealing take?
Expect 1 day. Most jobs of this type are completed in a single visit by a licensed tradesman, with the area protected, cleaned and left ready for use. Larger works such as balcony rectification may take several days depending on access and the extent of tile removal.
Is kitchen sealing covered by a warranty?
Yes. This service carries a written 5 years warranty, issued with a photographic record of the installation. The certificate covers both labour and materials for the waterproofing work we performed. If anything we installed fails inside the warranty period we return and rectify it at no charge.
Do you need access to the property first?
Not to give you a price. Send photos of the affected area through our quote form and we will come back with a fixed price, usually within the hour. We only attend the property for a formal inspection when the photographs are inconclusive or when a certificate is required by your body corp, insurer or tiler.
