Damp is a symptom, not a problem. We start with a measured investigation — salt and moisture readings, thermal imaging of suspect walls and floors, ventilation assessment and inspection of garden drainage, downpipes and subfloor vents — so you are never paying to treat the wrong thing.
Depending on what we find, remediation may be a fully sealed and ventilated floor system, chemical damp-proof course injection, improved drainage and ventilation, or structural timber repair. We document it all for your insurer and for the next person who buys the property.

Final pricing depends on the size of the area, the condition of the substrate, access and whether any tile or substrate repair is required. We confirm a fixed, itemised price before work begins — never an hourly estimate that grows.
How long does rising damp & mould take?
Expect Survey 1 day · works 3–10 days. Most jobs of this type are completed in a single visit by a licensed tradesman, with the area protected, cleaned and left ready for use. Larger works such as balcony rectification may take several days depending on access and the extent of tile removal.
Is rising damp & mould covered by a warranty?
Yes. This service carries a written 10 years warranty, issued with a photographic record of the installation. The certificate covers both labour and materials for the waterproofing work we performed. If anything we installed fails inside the warranty period we return and rectify it at no charge.
Do you need access to the property first?
Not to give you a price. Send photos of the affected area through our quote form and we will come back with a fixed price, usually within the hour. We only attend the property for a formal inspection when the photographs are inconclusive or when a certificate is required by your body corp, insurer or tiler.
